• Letter of Instruction | Submit online or Download PDF
• Substitution of Trustee | Download PDF

If you wish to begin the foreclosure immediately you may complete the two page Declaration of Default and submit it online or you may download it and fax it to us at 530-546-8759.

You will need to download and print the Substitution of Trustee. This form needs to be completed, notarized and returned to our office.

We will also need copies of the following documents mailed or faxed to us:

• Promissory Note
• Deed of Trust
• Servicing Agreement (if applicable)
• Modifications to the Deed of Trust (if any)
