American Reconveyance Corporation (ARC) was founded in 1987 in San Diego, California. ARC provides trustee services and processes non-judicial foreclosure services through its subsidiary – American Foreclosure Services.

We currently handle non-judicial foreclosures in California, Nevada and Arizona. We also have access to attorneys in each state to handle bankruptcy issues and unlawful detainer actions. We can also provide REO services.
